Ok, great! Thanks Simon :) I'm going to be doing some tests today, and I'll report back ;) I wasn't sure about the mode, if it was supposed to be ad-hoc or repeater. As you can see, my experience with meshes is almost /dev/zero :D I am setting up two units today, side by side, to see if they can see each other. I also found this: http://thimerosa.wordpress.com/2006/11/07/dummys-guide-to-setting-up-olsr-on... Even though it's a setup for OSLR, I assume the nvram values are relevant for a b.a.t.m.a.n setup?
Have a look at openwrt or the freifunk firmware (http://freifunk.net/wiki/FreifunkFirmwareEnglish).
