Replace your routing feed url by https://github.com/openwrt-routing/packages/branches/for-12.09.x/ or src-git routing https://github.com/libre-mesh/openwrt-routing-packages or clone the git and add the url to

feeds.conf.default

remove or comment the other/current routing feed.
