Hi, Sven.
P.S. When activating network interfaces under bat0, What about forcing their mtu value to 1527?
Why?
Because batman-adv says "The MTU of interface wlan0 is too small 1500 to handle the transport of batman-adv packets. Packets going over this interface will be fragmented on layer2 which could impact the performance. Setting the MTU to 1527 would solve the problem."
I thought batman-adv need 1527 as mtu value. OK, I've understood.
You don't need it for unicast packets, but it is highly recommended due to performance penalties. Do you think that we should change that warning to make it more clear? Is there anything special which we should add/change?
Thanks, Sven
