It has the advantage, that we can keep 0.2 easily available.
Another option would be to delay this question for a month or so. I know that during the CCC event (at the end of the yea)r a lot of testing and hacking is planned. Lets see where we are after that.
Hmmm. I'll be at the CCC and I want to run batman installed via apt there :-) So I guess I'll upload 0.3something...
