I downloaded batman-III-0.2.0a and searched for the license. The software was "shipped" not including the GPL text. Is that GPL conform? Ok, not really shipped, I downloaded it from openmesh.net. Never mind, it should be in the tar. BTW, batman.c says it is GPL2.
